Carly Osman-Holme

Carly runs her own creative agency that specialises in scaling mission-driven start-ups. She brings almost 20 years of experience in marketing with a focus on building challenger brands that disrupt homogenous categories. 

Her background lies across the marketing gamete ranging from product innovation, and digital transformation through to highly effective communications strategies that have significantly increased market share of brands. Carly has led creativity strategy working alongside some of the biggest brands in the world as an agency partner, including Coca-Cola and Nestle, and then as a fractional CMO for high growth start-ups and scale-ups.  


As a first principle thinker, Carly brings a non-linear way of thinking to problem-solving and is passionate about using it to drive business impact.
