Céline has over 25 years’ experience in using gamification to improve skills and training at work.

She has extensive expertise in designing bespoke apps, serious games and corporate plays. She has helped companies such as Total, Geodis & Bricomarché to engage their people in learning through meaningful programs.
 
More recently Céline has developed an innovative app which combines videogames and micro-learning with a view to changing the perception of risk at work and hence improve health and safety. She has also worked on developing a gamified program for young people about life skills.
