Calling all entrepreneurs!

 

As a start-up ourselves we’d like to pick your brains using a short online questionnaire (4 mins) concerning YOUR burning challenges this summer. In return you receive the results of the survey plus insights from our team of diverse thinking entrepreneurs.

 

Plus when we get over 100 responses then one lucky business will win the chance to experience our pioneering new product: a  pop-up advisory board session fueled by diverse thinking experts for FREE. This 60 mins session is worth £3,000 and will accelerate your business. So it makes sense to share with your friends and colleagues!

Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:​

  • By completing the survey you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

  •  The prize draw is being run byThe promoter is 'the vision' (subsidiary of IRM Ltd ; registered address is 55 Rectory Grove, Leigh on sea, SS9 2HA

Eligibility to enter

  • All entrants must be 18 years or over

  • In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim anyprize you may win.

  • A maximum of one entry per business is permitted.

  • The prize draw is free to enter.

 

How to enter

  1. The prize draw opens at 9am on 20/07/2022 and closes 11.59pm 30/09/2022. Late entries will not be accepted.

  2. To enter the prize draw: Complete the form at https://tesmmrlm5kg.typeform.com/to/aE4Bv3Kx

  3. Once more than 100 people take part in the survey the prize draw element is triggered and one email addresses will be chosen at random.

  4. We will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate; or for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit.

The prizes

  • Every entrant will receive a copy of the insight report if they tick they 'yes' box to receive.

  • The main prize is  one x 60 minute pop up advisory board session with three visioneers to advise on one business challenge.

  • The winner will be drawn at random.

  • The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

  • We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

  • The decision of the vision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

 

Winner announcement

  • Winners will be notified after 10/09/20220 by the email provided in the competition form

  • The vision will attempt to contact winners by email up to two times. If contact is not made, the vision reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

 

  • Claiming the prize

  • Arrangements for delivery will be made between the vision and the selected winners via telephone and/or email

  • If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, they will lose their right to the prize.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed their prize within the required time limit, the vision reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Data protection and publicity​

  • You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by the vision for the purposes of administering the prize draw and to be the insight report if you have indicated you wish to receive it. 

  • Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.

  • All personal information shall be used in accordance with the vision's Data Protection Policy, accessible here:

Limitation of Liability

  • The vision does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that the vision does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

General

  • The vision reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

  • The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
