Sarah is an experienced Chief People Officer. A HR  “Generalist” by background who has operated at C- suite level  covering every aspect of people practice. Her passion is working with  both organizations and individuals to unleash their full potential.

With over 25 years of experience in HR,  she is a People, Culture  and Organization Strategist who helps clients achieve their goals and optimize their performance. She has a proven track record of leading and delivering successful change management, leading organizational design and development solutions across various industries and geographies, and in building HR capability.

 

Sarah has been fortunate to have direct experience of the evolution of many different organisations at different stages of the Growth cycle which has led to a particular interest in “scaling” – whether that is happening organically or through merger and/ or acquisition.
