Golnar is a London-based consultant specializing in compliance and commercial law.
Originally from France, she spent a decade working as in-house counsel for multinational companies in the energy and rail industries before founding A&H legal, a company providing a more flexible and cost-effective service.
Over the years, Golnar has built an international experience by living and working in countries such as Iran, Switzerland, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom. Starting as a commercial lawyer before joining the compliance world, Golnar has a deep knowledge of anti-bribery laws and their associated commercial risks.
Golnar’s most notable works include the management of a cross-border investigation and criminal prosecution of a multinational company by the Serious Fraud Office, the roll-out of compliance processes, and the successful ISO 37001 certification of all Alstom legal entities in Europe.
Golnar graduated in International Law from Paris 1 – Sorbonne University and holds a Master's in Transnational Law from King’s College, London.
