Lara is a community expert and entrepreneur. Having extensive agency experience with early stage startups to household brands for over a decade on social media and strategic marketing, she set up Found & Flourish in 2018. It is an online membership, media and events platform for women in business. After having her son and struggling with feelings of isolation she decided to make it her mission to make business accessible and less lonely for entrepreneurial women.  the safe and nurturing space she craved on this new journey of motherhood and entrepreneurship. she is on a mission to make business accessible and less lonely for entrepreneurial women.
 
The success of building a safe and nurturing community to empower female entrepreneurs to found & flourish has led Lara to be listed as one of the top 100x female business leaders across the UK for 2020 and Startups magazine listed her as one of the top 20 most influential female founders of 2020.
