Wolfgang is an encouraging creative start-up founder in human service, technology, or community-driven businesses. A passionate entrepreneur of 22 years, he founded a digital brand agency and several start-ups in Europe and then in Africa and secured successful exits. He mentored hundreds of female and male founders internationally. 
 

In his journey he built vibrant organizational structures, and overcame dysfunctions on team, at both founder and shareholder level. His experience in design, psychology, and strategy opens unexpected perspectives and innovative pathways to challenges and new potentials.
