Ceema is a commercial generalist with 20+ years of consulting and industry working across SMEs to global FTSE 100, and international development organisations, at both the corporate and project level, dealing with a range of challenges including financial, operational, or regulatory. 

She has worked across differing sectors: energy, water, infrastructure, financial and social welfare. Previous clients include national and international government bodies (UK, Serbia, World bank, United Nations Development Programme)  and FTSE 100 companies (Petrofac, Bristol Water, Thames Water). 

She has worked with an investor, brought in investment, been a senior executive, and on boards, and thus brings a perspective from all sides of the table and knows what investors want to see in a company. 

Ceema now advises start-ups across all sectors on how to mature the organisation from a start-up to an efficient lean firm giving confidence to external investors.
