Ann is a Managing Director and Non-Executive Board Director with 30 years of experience in US and UK financial services sector as a digital transformation leader delivering enterprise-wide technology, process, regulatory and cultural change.

 

At Barclays in London she was Head of Strategic Change, accountable for the control of £2.2Bn in strategic investment firm-wide, Head of Corporate Banking Operations leading a team of over 2,000 people globally and Non-Executive Board Director for the Barclays Partner Finance business.

 

Prior to that, Ann spent nineteen years at Morgan Stanley in both London and New York where she held a number of leadership roles in Technology, Operations, Risk and Firm Management delivering firm-wide transformation initiatives. Ann is a dual British-American citizen.

 

She received her B.S. in Biology from UCLA and MBA in Management and Organisational Behaviour from NYU Stern School of Business.
